Lake Merritt Rowing Club currently offers sweep and sculling classes to the general public who wish to learn to row.

Teams
For those who already have rowing experience, the Club has an intermediate mixed team with drop-in practices. For those up to the challenge, we have advanced womens and mens teams that compete in local, regional, and national events.
Youth Program
Summer Youth Rowing
Each summer, the Club also offers a Summer Youth Rowing program for youth in Oakland ages 12 - 18.
