Sunday Group Workouts: 8:30 a.m.

Scullers in Lake Merritt Rowing Club hold group workouts each Sunday at 8:30 a.m.
The workout is primarily for people who race or plan to race. It is competitive, but novices and non-racers are welcome. Slower rowers start first and are encouraged to cut lake corners to be able to stay with the group.
Fall-Winter workouts focus on endurance and technique. Spring-Summer workouts focus on intense intervals.
To join, meet in the finger of the lake at 8:30 a.m. on Sundays.
