Women’s Masters Competetive Team - San Diego Crew Classic 2022
Lake Merritt Rowing Club is a volunteer-operated nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization open to all members of the Bay Area community who would like to learn to row. Since 1962, the Club has provided a wide range of rowing programs for all ages and skill levels.
Our annual membership runs April through March each year. New members are always welcome to join anytime and membership fees will be prorated. Experienced rowers need to fill out the inquiry form below and sign up for a coached check-out before applying for a membership. Refund Policy: LMRC Memberships will not be refunded.

Team Membership
Team membership includes coaching fees and general membership privileges and is billed monthly as a convenience to our members:
General Membership
General members are not part of a team but have access to all club facilities and equipment. Experienced rowers have access to the coaching staff for private lessons. Beginning rowers are encouraged to initially enroll in CLTR (membership not required) and the Novice Program (membership required) to develop core skills.
Fees are billed annually* as follows:
Regular $700
Senior (65+) $595
Family (2+) $700 + $595 (each additional family member)
Student $595 (proof of enrollment required)
*New members who join after the fiscal year has begun on April 1 are eligible for pro-rata dues based on the month joined.
General members are welcome to convert their membership to team membership at any time. Monthly coaching fees are billed incrementally as follows:
Misc Fees:
Experienced Rower Check-Out with Coach: $100
Locker Rentals: $60 a year
Hourly Volunteer Buy-Out Rates: $10 per hour
(Members are required to volunteer 8 hours per YR / 2 hours per Qtr)
