Youth Rowing Swim Test Waiver

The City of Oakland Aquatics department is unable to offer swim tests at city-run pools during COVID-19 closures. Any Lake Merritt Youth Rowing participant who has not submitted a completed swim test to the program in the last two years will be required to either wear a life jacket provided by the program or have a parent or guardian complete the following swim waiver in order to participate.
